Cold as Ice

WHY SIMON. WHY DO YOU GIVE ME THESE FEELS.

Yeah he has no tie or jacket. Or crown. Forgot to give him stubble..whoops... I tried doing some sort of lineless digital paint, I actually quite like it :'D Especially his facial expression. Please look at it in full view(though I did a little 3D-ish effect that makes it weird).

Is it just me or does his crown remind you of the Lord of the Rings? ._.

Also I don't mind if people put my art on Tumblr. In fact it makes me happy. Just as long as you don't try to take credit for it ;D _{that wasn't even an issue before...}
